Strategic Development Institute (SDI) is a Bahrain-based professional development and consultancy institute established with a focus on developing individuals, leaders and organisations.
معهد التطوير الاستراتيجي (SDI) هو معهد بحريني متخصص في التطوير المهني والاستشارات، تأسس بهدف تنمية قدرات الأفراد والقيادات والمؤسسات.
SDI aims to support professional and institutional development through learning and advisory solutions that combine knowledge, practical application and an understanding of the environment in which our clients operate. Our ambition is to contribute to the development of institutional leadership and strategic capabilities, while equipping professionals with the skills needed to lead development, innovation and organisational change.
يسعى المعهد إلى دعم التطوير المهني والمؤسسي من خلال حلول تدريبية واستشارية تجمع بين المعرفة والتطبيق العملي والفهم العميق للبيئة التي يعمل فيها عملاؤنا. ونطمح إلى الإسهام في تطوير القيادات المؤسسية وتعزيز القدرات الاستراتيجية، مع تمكين المهنيين من المهارات اللازمة لقيادة التنمية والابتكار والتغيير المؤسسي.

Alongside our established programmes, we work with organisations to design tailored learning and advisory solutions that respond to specific objectives, capability requirements and emerging business needs. From focused workshops and short courses to structured development programmes and specialised consultancy, our aim is to provide solutions that are relevant, practical and capable of creating lasting value.
نقدم برامج للتطوير المهني، والتعلم التنفيذي، والتدريب المتخصص، إلى جانب الخدمات الاستشارية المصممة لتعزيز قدرات الأفراد والمؤسسات.
وتشمل برامجنا مجالات القيادة والإدارة، والاستراتيجية، والمالية والاقتصاد، والحوكمة، وإدارة المخاطر والالتزام، واتخاذ القرار المؤسسي، والابتكار، إلى جانب مجالات أوسع في التطوير المهني والمؤسسي.

Our approach combines established principles and international best practices with an understanding of Bahrain and the wider regional environment. We place particular emphasis on developing strategic thinking, strengthening sound institutional decision-making and encouraging practical innovation.
Our programmes are designed to encourage participation, discussion, critical thinking and the application of learning to real professional and organisational challenges. We recognise that every organisation and every learner is different, and our programmes can therefore be adapted in content, format and level to reflect the needs of those we work with.
